Liverpool's potential title-winning match against Everton could be moved to a neutral ground.

The Premier League is considering moving six matches to neutral grounds on the advice of the country's police chiefs.

Officers raised concerns about crowds potentially gathering should certain matches be played in the traditional home-and-away format.

Liverpool need just two wins to officially clinch the league title.

The neutral matches could be played at Wembley Stadium.

Liverpool still hope to sign Timo Werner from RB Leipzig.

Liverpool have until June 15th to meet his release clause of €60 million (£52.7 million). Werner will wait for Liverpool's decision before choosing his future club.

Inter Milan had interest in Werner, but he doesn't want to play in Italy.

Werner started his career at Stuttgart and has been with RB Leipzig since 2016.

The future of David Luiz at Arsenal is uncertain as the club has yet to trigger an extension to his contract that will otherwise expire this summer.

Luiz left Chelsea last summer for £8 million on an initial one-year deal with an option for a second season.

Mikel Arteta would like to retain Luiz, but the decision on his contract appears to be an indicator of Arsenal's financial pressures.

Arsenal are the only club in the league to agree a wage cut with their players as opposed to a deferral -- 12.5% for 12 months.

Barcelona needs to bring in approximately €70 million ($76.8 million) in player sales before the end of June to balance the club's accounts. There is genuine concern that they will not be able to hit that target due to the complications caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Arthur Melo, Ivan Rakitic and Arturo Vidal are three of the players Barca are open to moving on.

Junior Firpo, Samuel Umtiti and Nelson Semedo are among the other members of the squad the club hoped would generate money.

Barcelona predicted revenue for the 19-20 campaign would top €1 billion for the first time.

Mario Gotze will leave Borussia Dortmund this summer on a free transfer.

"This week I had a long and clarifying discussion with Mario. We agreed that we will not continue our collaboration after this season," said Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc.

The 27-year-old Gotze returned to Dortmund from Bayern Munich in 2016, though has struggled to reclaim a starting role.

Manuel Neuer has extended his contract with Bayern Munich through 2023 despite the arrival of Alexander Nubel from Schalke.

"Manuel Neuer is the best keeper in the world, and he is our captain," Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge told the club's website. "FC Bayern Munich are very happy and delighted that Manuel has prolonged his contract until June 30, 2023."

Neuer was not pleased when Bayern announced the free transfer of Nubel.

Sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic said the contract extension is a "win-win situation and that's what was very important to Manuel and to us."

Manchester United has interest in Wissam Ben Yedder of Monaco.

Ben Yedder turns 30 in August and scored 18 goals this season.

Monaco are struggling financially at the moment and could be forced to sell their best player. Monaco paid €30 million for Ben Yedder last summer from Sevilla.

United are looking for a striker this summer to bolster their squad.

Andre Villas-Boas will leave Marseille after the club fired sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta.

Marseille finished second in the Ligue 1 table behind Paris Saint-Germain despite not being able to spend much in transfers last summer and having their best player, Florian Thauvin, out all season.

Club president Jacques-Henri Eyraud never saw eye-to-eye with Zubizarreta.

While Chelsea will offload several first team players to fund a summer rebuild, they are expected to resist any offers for N'Golo Kante and Jorginho. 

Chelsea want to be active in the transfer market this summer despite the financial uncertainties caused by COVID-19.

Players who are surplus to requirements include Tiemoue Bakayoko, who is on loan at Monaco, Marcos Alonso, Emerson Palmieri, Michy Batshuayi and Davide Zappacosta.

Barcelona have intensified negations with Juventus on a transfer of Miralem Pjanic this summer.

Pjanic is open to a move to Barcelona at the age of 30.

Barcelona are aware that any transfer hinges on Juventus accepting a player exchange deal.

Lautaro Martinez, however remains Barcelona's top target, so there is very little money available to put towards a deal for Pjanic.
